Return To God / Revival
In March 2020 the Lord impressed upon my heart this scripture 1Peter 4:7 “The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.” That scripture inspired me to start a prayer group with a group of “faithful prayer warriors”. And we were led to start praying for ” a return to founding principles of this nation” – one nation under God, indivisible , with liberty and justice for all ! And for repentance of the CHURCH – corporate church!
We have embarked on a series this year of travelling to the historical sites of Christian leaders of our historical past starting with the Pilgrims in Plymouth Mass. Revisiting the “founding principles” and praying that our nation would once again put their hope and trust in the God who gave us this great nation, we believe will encourage others to take hold of the original intent of Gods leading in this nation, the “distinctives” that propelled it to the greatest nation on earth: justice, liberty, and service to your fellow man ( putting others before yourself)!

Plymouth Founders Memorial Plymouth Mass. 04/02/2021
The place where it all started… where God’s vision for this nation was imparted to Pilgrim believers… a land that would honor God and live by His principles in all that they did. And God will bless this our great land, as long as we stay true to those guiding principles. Thus the cry to RETURN has taken root in our land amongst those who “understand” the true battle that’s being fought. Please join us !!!

George Whitfield, born in 1714 in Gloucester Great Britain, he was an Anglican cleric and evangelist who was one of the founders of Methodism and the evangelical movement. He came to America in 1740 where he worked closely with John Wesley and later was instrumental in preaching Revival and was an instrumental part of the First Great Awakening in America. His revolutionary message that “all people are equal in the eyes of their heavenly ruler” spurred the colonists to rebel against their earthly king, and his friendship with Benjamin Franklin solidified his support for American independence, and a Return to founding principles of God. Whitefield received widespread recognition during his ministry. He preached at least 18,000 times to perhaps 10 million listeners in Great Britain and her American colonies. Whitefield could enthrall large audiences through a potent combination of drama, religious rhetoric, and patriotism.
Whitefield made thirteen trips across the Atlantic and consistently drew massive crowds. He spent much of his time in Newburyport, where his followers founded First Presbyterian (“Old South”) Church on 29 Federal St. Each year, Old South welcomes hundreds of pilgrims from all over the world who come to pay homage to “Whitefield’s church” and visit the crypt where he’s buried.
He died in 1770 in Newburyport Ma. at the time part of British colonies of America. Newburyport is the final resting place of one of our nation’s forgotten founding fathers, George Whitfield.
History of The Old North Church – Boston Ma 9.18.21

The enduring fame of Old North began on the evening of April 18, 1775, when the church sexton, Robert Newman, and Vestryman Capt. John Pulling, Jr. climbed the steeple and held high two lanterns as a signal from Paul Revere that the British were marching to Lexington and Concord by sea across the Charles River and not by land. This fateful event ignited the American Revolution. Built in 1723, Christ Church in the City of Boston, known to all as the Old North Church, is Boston’s oldest surviving church building and most visited historical site. In 1775, on the eve of the Revolution, the majority of the congregation were loyal to the British King, and many held official positions in the royal government, including the Royal Governor of Massachusetts, making Robert Newman’s loyalty to the Patriot cause even more extraordinary.
Johnathan Edwards Hartford,CT Oct 2021
Jonathan Edwards (October 5, 1703 – March 22, 1758) was an American revivalist preacher, philosopher, and Congregationalist theologian. Born in East Windsor, Ct. he was known for his sermon “Sinners in the Hands of An Angry God”, an instrumental work that ministered to millions and helped usher in the Great Awakening. Most historians consider Jonathan Edwards, a Northampton Anglican minister, one of the chief fathers of the Great Awakening. Edwards’ message centered on the idea that humans were sinners, God was an angry judge and individuals needed to ask for forgiveness. He also preached justification by faith alone
